  • Currently, for 2021, we are only booking events for:

    • Sunday evenings with a start time of 6 p.m. (Bridge Park or Downtown).

    • Tuesday – Saturday evenings with a start time of 7 p.m. (Downtown).

    • During open hours of operation (not private), stanchioned off sections (Bridge Park or Downtown).

  • North Market is best as a venue for casual, fun events.

  • Due to COVID-19, and until further notice, venue rentals for 2021 will only be approved for up to 50 attendees.

  • North Market is booking larger events for 2022 and later.

  • All 2021 events must be booked at least 1 month in advance.

  • Food & beverage must come from merchants within the venue location. Take a look at the merchants in the venue location you want to book and provide us in your inquiry with several options you’d like to consider. Remember to include either Market Bar (Bridge Park) or The Barrel & Bottle (Downtown) if you’d like to have alcohol!

  • Due to COVID-19, we are currently unable to provide buffet- or banquet-style catering. What we can do is have the merchant stay open, where the attendee can walk up to the merchant to get their meal. We can either do a meal ticket or an open tab. Depending on the details of the event and merchant capability, the merchant may need to provide a limited menu during an event.

  • Please note: not all merchants may be available the day of venue rental. Providing 1st and 2nd choices will help us figure out what is possible.

  • Outside catering is not permitted, other than wedding or birthday cakes.

  • If you plan on having alcohol at your event, think about the structure you’d like in place and let us know in your inquiry:

    • Open bar, all charged to you – total cost unknown until after the event.

    • Cash bar. Attendees are responsible for their own beverages.

    • Drink ticket. You pay upfront for a certain amount of drink tickets that each guest will get. Cash bar after ticket is redeemed.

  • Add-ons include:

    • Entertainment: musicians, DJs, other artists.

    • Audio & visual equipment: microphones, projectors, televisions.

    • Table decor: linens, flowers.

    • Logistical structures: podiums, tents, additional tables or chairs.

  • Let us know quantities, colors, types, etc.

  • Venue rentals start at $3,000. Final quotes are determined after all event details have been captured (duration & size of event, food & beverage charges, add-ons, facility fees).

  • Additional facility fees may apply depending on the details of your venue rental. Such as:

    • Security.

    • Cleaning crew.

    • Waste pick up.

    • Onsite market staff.

  • At the time of booking, 50% of total known cost is due.

  • Until further notice, the following rules must be adhered to for all events:

    • Attendees must wear a mask at all times, unless actively consuming food or beverages.

    • Attendees must be seated to consume food or beverages.

    • Attendees must stay seated unless getting food or beverages from merchants or using the wash rooms.
