North Market has transitioned to PICK UP bundles! During the COVID-19 Crisis, North Market is offering fresh food bundles for pick up once per week. All orders must be received by 12:00PM on Monday in order to be picked up that Thursday between the hours of 10:00AM – 5:00PM. Any orders received after the cutoff will be placed in the following week’s orders.


· Place pick up orders in our online shop prior to 12:00PM on Monday to ensure your bundle will be ready for pick up on Thursday.

· All bundle orders must be picked up directly from the merchants during regular Market hours of operation (10:00AM – 5:00PM) on Thursdays ONLY. Upon arrival, please show your order confirmation email on your mobile device to each merchant you ordered from. If unable to show confirmation email, merchants can look up the name on your order.

· If you are unable to pick up during this window, please contact your preferred merchant(s) directly to inquire about custom pickup or delivery options.

· If you’ve placed an order and you find you are no longer able to pick up your order during this window, please contact us right away at info@northmarket.com. In some cases, we may be able to arrange an alternate pick up time. Please note, there may be a late pickup penalty fee assessed or a restocking fee assessed on refund requests.

Each week, bundle packages will be removed from the online shop Monday at 12:00PM to provide a clear delineation between each week’s orders and to provide our merchants the opportunity to make changes to the bundles. We aim to post the new bundles for the following week Tuesday at 12:00PM.
