Full Board – 6 Meeting Schedule

Meetings are held at 5:30pm on the 4th Tuesday of every other month with the exception of December *. The Annual Meeting of the North Market Development Authority takes place on the first Tuesday of December.

Executive Committee – 12 meeting schedule

Meetings are held monthly on the fourth Tuesday (with only a couple exceptions denoted with a star *). Odd months 5:30 p.m.; even months 4:30 p.m. when full board meets:

Committee Meetings are held at the preference of each committee chair. Chairs may reach out to Rick or Meghan if you prefer to have the committee meetings added to this page.

Executive Committee is chaired by George Kauffman and includes Rick Grady, Craig Shapiro, Melissa Diethelm, Ken C. Paul, Lauren Toth, and Matthew Esber. Rick is the staff representative. Executive Committee meets monthly on the fourth Tuesday.

Downtown Readiness Committee is chaired by Geri Sutter and includes Craig Shapiro, Matt Beaton, Mike Beaumont, Matthew Esber, and Lauren Toth. Rick is the staff representative.

Downtown Expansion Construction Committee is chaired by Brian Suiter and includes George Kauffman, Rick Grady, and Nate Fisher. Rick is the staff representative.

Merchant Communications Committee is chaired by Joe DeLoss and includes Adrienne Keves, Jerry DePizzo, and Harps Mann. Rick and Meghan are the staff representatives.

North Market hosts numerous public events throughout the year. Some events are programmed to directly benefit the merchants, farms, makers, and the community at large. Other events are fundraising events that help with the operating costs for both North Market facilities. Board participation in North Market events is absolutely essential to the success of our organization.

Sits with Rick

Rick occasionally sets up happy hour outings for board, staff, and friends of the Market. TBD on dates and details for this year.

Holiday Happy Hour

Save the date for Tuesday, December 3, 2024 for the Board holiday happy hour following the annual meeting. Staff are typically invited to join the happy hour as well as any new board members joining in the following calendar year.
