2023 Annual Taste of the Market Event Recap
Thank you to all those who attended the Annual Taste of the Market Gala presented by Heartland Bank at North Market Bridge Park on Friday, November 3rd! It was wonderful to celebrate with you all! Your support also helps us to further our mission to serve our merchants and the Central Ohio community at large.

Our merchants relished the chance to bring their creativity and skills to the evening’s festivities, and we hope you had a chance to try all of their delicious tastes!
The Merchants also competed for cash prizes. The winners of the Culinary Challenge are:
Hai Poké – Second Runner Up
Banana Lumpia: banana coated in brown sugar, served in a spring roll wrap.
Dos Hermanos – First Runner Up
Tamales Oaxaquenos: banana leaf tamales stuffed with chicken and mole, served with salsa verde or mole.
Holy Crepes – Best in Show
Duck Confit Crepe: duck confit served with seasonal vegetables and mushroomed potatoes.
