Panini Opa to Open at North Market Bridge Park in Dublin, Ohio

North Market Bridge Park is pleased to announce the upcoming opening of Panini Opa, a beloved local restaurant known for its fresh Mediterranean flavors and warm hospitality. The new location is currently undergoing renovations and is expected to open just before Thanksgiving, expanding the Panini Opa family beyond its longtime home at Sawmill and Bethel Road.

Founder Orian Trifoni originally opened Columbus restaurant Greek Corner in 2004, followed by the first Panini Opa in 2011. Over the years, Panini Opa has earned a loyal following for its flavorful Greek-inspired fare, friendly service, and casual, welcoming atmosphere. The new North Market Bridge Park location will be operated by Klestor Qose and Daniel Trifoni, Orian’s son and current general manager of the original Panini Opa, bringing the same signature menu and spirit to the heart of Dublin’s vibrant public market community.

Panini Opa’s menu will feature a mix of classic Mediterranean comfort dishes and modern café favorites. Guests can look forward to shareable appetizers like spanakopita, tzatziki, spicy feta dip, calamari, and warm Bavarian pretzels with dipping sauces. The handheld and panini selections range from an Italian panini and an ahi tuna steak sandwich to a crispy chicken sandwich, classic burgers, and the signature lobster and shrimp panini. Lighter offerings include soups and salads, such as traditional Greek avgolemono, Caesar, and steak salads.
