Lager and lime broth with Tajín and cream

3 Green Salad

Arugula and frisée, Bulgarian feta, radish, pickled onions, and arugula with preserved citrus vinaigrette

4 Osso Bucco

Brined pork, gremolata, grilled onions and carrots on creamy thyme polenta with grilled vegetables and pork sauce reduction

5 Olive Oil Cake

Chocolate espresso sauce, candied orange, crème fraîche, flaky salt
